Location: Bagh-e-Jinnah
Duration: 30 Mins

Usama Abid worked with the performative natures of postures and gestures. He chose an intersection of two paths in Bagh-e-Jinnah as his site of performance, standing in the middle of it and acting as a mirror to people walking by. By mimicking their mundane gestures, he highlighted the differences in everyone’s movements and how their personas were expressed in their gait or stance. At certain points he also garnered a small audience who stopped to see how he might imitate their own walks or gestures.
